Europeans face numerous challenges that they must address if they truly want to strengthen their defense capabilities. Not only do they suffer from an acute shortage of several defense capacities, but some also want to repeat past mistakes and economically rely on regimes that carry out hybrid attacks against them, the panelists concluded at the April SFPA conference.
